Reporting, Blocking And Account Safety

Report artwork, galleries or messages, block a sender, secure your sign-in, and learn what Yeja moderators do with a report.

Report Artwork or a Gallery

Sign in, then choose Report on an artwork card in Art Board or on a piece in an artist’s public portfolio, Report This Artwork in the Art Board artwork view, or Report This Gallery in World Galleries. Explain the problem in at least 10 words and choose Submit Report. Moderators review every report, so be specific.

Report or Block a Sender in Messages

  • Open the conversation, choose More Actions, then Report For Abuse Or Spam. Pick a reason (Spam, Abusive Content, Scam Or Fraud, Harassment or Something Else), add details if you like, and choose Submit Report. The sender is not told who reported them.
  • To stop a sender, choose Block This Sender, then Block Sender. Their future messages won’t reach your inbox. Blocking doesn’t delete the conversation.
  • To move a conversation out of your inbox without reporting it, choose Mark spam. It goes to Spam & Audit Queue in Moderation & Safety, where Not Spam (Restore To Inbox) puts it back.
  • Open Moderation & Safety to see your Blocked Senders and Abuse Reports. Choose Unblock Sender to undo a block. Each report shows its status: Pending Review, Investigating or Resolved.

Keep Your Account Secure

In the Account Hub, open User Clout, Profile & Login, then Sign-In Methods.

  • Update Email sends a confirmation link to the new address before the change takes effect.
  • Update Password sets a new password of at least 8 characters.
  • Under Authenticator App (Two-Factor), choose Set Up Two-Factor, scan the QR code with your authenticator app and enter the 6-digit code. After that, signing in also asks for a code.
  • If you think someone else has access, open Activity & Sessions and choose Sign Out Everywhere. It ends every session, including the one you are using.

What Moderation Does

Yeja moderators review each report and mark it as under review, resolved or dismissed. When they update a report you filed about an artwork or a gallery, you get a notification, unless you turned off Moderation in Preferences & Notifications. For a duplicate report, a moderator decides; nothing is hidden or removed automatically. Read the full policy on Trust and Safety.

When Yeja Acts On Your Work

If a moderator suspends or removes one of your works, it shows Suspended by Yeja or Removed by Yeja in My Studio, and you get a notification with the details. The work is hidden from sale, and you can't undo this yourself. If you think it's a mistake, contact support.

Common Questions

Can I report something without an account?

No. A report records who filed it, so you need to sign in first. If you are signed out, Yeja asks you to sign in.

Does a sender learn that I reported them?

No. When you report a conversation in Messages, the sender is not told who reported them.

Does blocking delete the conversation?

No. Blocking only stops the sender’s future messages from reaching your inbox. You can undo it any time with Unblock Sender in Moderation & Safety.

How much do I need to write in a report?

At least 10 words. The report form counts them as you type and asks for more if you send fewer. Be specific, because moderators review every report.

Can I stop getting updates on my reports?

Yes. Open Preferences & Notifications and turn off Moderation.

What does Suspended by Yeja mean on my work?

A Yeja moderator has hidden the work from sale. Check your notifications for the reason. You can't clear it yourself; contact support if you think it's a mistake.

I marked a conversation as spam by mistake. Can I undo it?

Yes. Open Moderation & Safety, go to Spam & Audit Queue and choose Not Spam (Restore To Inbox).

How do I download or delete my data?

Open User Clout, Profile & Login, then Data & Danger Zone. Choose Download Full Data (JSON) for a copy of your data, or Delete My Account to delete your account. Download anything you want to keep first.

How do I report a problem that isn’t about content?

Contact the Yeja team through Help & Support. See Contact Support.
