Sharing Your Work And Atelier

Every Share button opens the same share sheet, with a link for each network, Copy Link and a QR code. Here is how to share a work or your Atelier.

The Share Sheet

Every Share button on Yeja opens the same share sheet. It shows the link with Copy Link, buttons for networks such as Facebook, X, Threads, Bluesky, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Messenger, and a QR Code. If your device has its own share menu, More Options opens it.

Pinterest also appears when the item has an image. When you choose LinkedIn, the post text is copied to your clipboard too, so you can paste it if LinkedIn opens an empty post.

  • When you share your own work, each network gets its own trackable link, so a sale it brings shows up in Social Analytics. The sheet reuses the same links every time you open it.
  • Signed-in visitors get a link carrying their referral code, so the artist knows who sent the buyer.
  • Signed-out visitors get the plain public link.

On your own work you also see Write a Post, which starts a Social post, and Post It Yourself, which helps you publish it on a network yourself.

Share A Work

  • In My Studio, open a piece and press Share.
  • On Art Board, press Share on a piece, or choose Share from its card menu.

Share Your Atelier

  • Once your Atelier is published, open your Atelier editor and press Share beside your link on Overview, or under Your Atelier Link in Search & Sharing.
  • Visitors can press Share This in your Atelier's footer.
  • An Atelier is always shared at its own address, not a short link. Each network's copy still says where it was shared. In Search & Sharing, Atelier Link Style sets which address you copy: Username Link or Default ID Link. Both always work.

Other Things You Can Share

The same sheet opens from the Share buttons in Auctions, Fundraisers, Passport, collections and drops, and for your invite link on Profile Details. When you share your own auction, fundraiser, Passport, collection or drop, each network gets its own trackable link, just as it does for a work.

Common Questions

Why is there no Share button for my Atelier yet?

Your Atelier link appears once you publish. Until then, use Preview to see how it looks.

Can visitors share my work?

Yes. Anyone can open the share sheet. A signed-in visitor's link carries their referral code, so you know who sent the buyer. A signed-out visitor gets the plain public link.

Why doesn't my Atelier get a short link?

An Atelier is always shared at the address you chose, so people see your name in it. Each network's copy still says where it was shared.

Can I get a QR code for an event or a wall label?

Yes. Open QR Code in the share sheet to show a code for the same link.

Why did LinkedIn open an empty post?

LinkedIn sometimes opens an empty post. The post text is already on your clipboard when you choose LinkedIn, so paste it into the post.

Why is Pinterest missing from the share sheet?

Pinterest needs an image to pin, so it only appears when the item you’re sharing has one.

Where do I see which network brought a sale?

When you share your own work, each network gets its own link, and a sale it brings shows up in Social Analytics.
