Basics

Account Hub And Plans

Reach every part of your account from Account Hub cards, rearrange them, review your activity, choose Free, Pro or Enterprise on the Plans page, see invoices and preview your public profile.

Opening Account Hub

Select your avatar and choose Account Hub. The hub is a grid of cards, one for each part of your account, such as Orders, Analytics & Activity, Users, Messages & Inquiries, Preferences & Notifications, Plans, Organizations, User Clout, Profile & Login and Apps.

Some cards show live information. Orders shows how many orders are open, Users, Messages & Inquiries shows unread messages, and Treasure Map shows how far along you are.

Rearranging Cards

Drag any card to a new place. The order is saved to your account, so it follows you to other devices. A card added to Yeja later appears at the end.

Your Activity

Analytics & Activity gathers your record on Yeja in one place: your Maker Tier, Analytics, Recent Activity (your latest purchases, sales, bids and proposals), Platform Activity, Order History, Bidding History, the proposals you've submitted and NFTs Owned.

Your Profile And What Others See

Links to your old Overview page now open User Clout, Profile & Login, where you manage your profile and sign-in. See Account And Sign-In.

On that page, select What Others See to preview your public profile exactly as another signed-in member sees it, including your clout. Open in a New Tab opens the same view as its own page.

Free, Pro And Enterprise

The Plans card opens the Plans page. It shows the three plans side by side and marks your Current Plan:

  • Free has no monthly charge. Yeja takes 20% of each sale.
  • Pro is $9 a month or $90 a year. Yeja takes 12% of each sale instead of 20%.
  • Enterprise is $19 a month or $190 a year. Yeja takes 10% of each sale. It includes everything in Pro, plus organizations.

Each plan lists what it includes today. When you reach a feature that needs Pro, a sheet names the feature, and See Plans opens this page. Old links to the Plan page open the Plans page. See Pricing.

Subscribing And Canceling

  • Choose monthly or yearly first. Paying yearly gives you 2 months free on Pro and 2 months free on Enterprise.
  • Select Subscribe to Pro. Stripe's checkout opens. After you pay, you return to Wallet, and Pro shows as active once Stripe confirms the payment.
  • You subscribe to Enterprise for an organization you own. See Organizations And Enterprise below.
  • To cancel, select Cancel Subscription and confirm. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then ends. Until then, the page says the cancellation was requested.
  • You can also subscribe to or cancel Pro from Wallet.
  • While a plan is active, the page shows its renewal date. If you're on a trial, it shows the date the trial ends.

Promo Codes And Offers

Enter a promo code on the Plans page. Some codes take a discount off at checkout, some give a free trial of Pro or Enterprise with no card, and some lower your fee for a period. A trial from a code ends on its own on the date shown. Each code works once per person. Offers sent to you appear on the Plans page, ready to use.

Invoices

Once you've had a Pro subscription, Invoices on the Pro card lists each invoice with its amount, date and status. Select View to open the invoice from Stripe. An Enterprise subscription has its own invoice list on the same page.

Organizations And Enterprise

  • Organizations are part of Enterprise. Open Organizations, enter a name and select Create Organization.
  • The first organization you create starts a 14-day Enterprise trial. No card is needed. Each person gets this trial once, so another organization you create starts without one.
  • Whoever manages the organization's members invites people by email as a Member or Admin. The invited person sees the invitation under Pending Invitations and can Accept or Decline it.
  • While Enterprise is active or on trial, the owner has Enterprise, and the first 3 other members, in the order they joined, have Pro through it. Their Plans page says so. Members beyond those 3 are on Free unless they have Pro of their own.
  • The trial really ends. If the owner hasn't subscribed by then, the organization drops to Free: the owner no longer has Enterprise, members no longer get Pro through it, and it can't invite new members or change member permissions. Its existing members and data aren't affected.
  • Only the owner can start or cancel Enterprise. Canceling ends it at the end of the current billing period.

Preferences And Notifications

Preferences & Notifications holds settings that are saved to your account, not to one browser:

  • Language, plus your timezone and theme.
  • Notifications: push notifications on this device (starting with outbid alerts on Auctions), notices for new commission inquiries, and which in-app notification categories you receive. Email and SMS notifications aren't available yet.
  • AI Features: one switch that turns Yeja's AI-assisted features on or off everywhere.
  • Public Marketing: for artists and galleries, whether Yeja may feature you on public marketing pages. It is off by default, and you're featured only once your account or gallery is verified.

Apps

The Apps card lists every app on Yeja, what it is for and who uses it. Select an app to open it. An app your account can't open yet is marked Not Available.

Finding People

In Users, Messages & Inquiries, switch to People to find other Yeja members. Type at least two characters of a name or username, or a complete email address. Select a person to see their card, with Message, Open Full Profile and, if they have a published Atelier, View Atelier.

Common Questions

How do I change the order of my Account Hub cards?

Drag a card to where you want it. The new order is saved to your account and follows you to other devices.

How much are Pro and Enterprise?

Pro is $9 a month or $90 a year, and Yeja takes 12% of each sale. Enterprise is $19 a month or $190 a year, and Yeja takes 10%. On Free, Yeja takes 20%.

How do I start Pro?

Open Plans in Account Hub, choose monthly or yearly and select Subscribe to Pro. You pay through Stripe's checkout.

If I cancel, do I lose my plan right away?

No. It stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then ends.

Where are my invoices?

On the Plans page, under Invoices on the Pro card. Select View to open one.

I'm in an organization. Do I need my own Pro?

Not if you're one of the first 3 members to join an organization whose Enterprise plan is active or on trial. You get Pro through it, and your Plans page says so. Members who join after them are on Free.

What happens when my organization's trial ends?

It ends for real after 14 days. The organization drops to Free until its owner subscribes to Enterprise. Each person gets the trial once, with their first organization.

Where do I enter a promo code?

On the Plans page. Offers sent to you appear there too.

How do I see my profile the way others do?

Open User Clout, Profile & Login and select What Others See.

Why is an app marked Not Available?

Your account can't open that app yet. It is still listed so you can see what it does.
